Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 cups of natural yogurt (200 g each)
- 1 ½ cups whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- n. B. sugar
- some lemon juice
- n. B. Fruit of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form and refrigerate. This way, you can reuse the whisks immediately. Next, whisk the quark and yogurt together in a larger bowl until creamy. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice, and whisk again. Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Finally, stir in the chopped fruit (without the juice). Light varieties like pineapple or peaches are best. Tastes delicious.
