  • 2 packet Custard
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

  • 1 kg Quark fat level

Chocolate coins

  • 5 piece Eggs
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 220 g Salted butter
  • 200 g Chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 80 g Ground almonds

Coulis

  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 200 g Frozen raspberries
  • 200 g Fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Cassis
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry spirit
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 10 piece Fresh raspberries

Cheesecake
