Ingredients
For decoration
- 40 g Ginger
- 40 g Sugar
- 150 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Tonic water
- 2 cl Vodka
- Mineral water
- 1 Pc. Orange
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process into a smooth cream. Put ice cubes in a whiskey glass and fill two centimeters high with the cream. Add 2cl vodka and a dash of tonic water. Then fill up with mineral water. Stir with a spoon and decorate with an orange wedge and a few mint leaves.
