Ingredients
 

For decoration

  • 40 g Ginger
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Tonic water
  • 2 cl Vodka
  • Mineral water
  • 1 Pc. Orange
  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and process into a smooth cream. Put ice cubes in a whiskey glass and fill two centimeters high with the cream. Add 2cl vodka and a dash of tonic water. Then fill up with mineral water. Stir with a spoon and decorate with an orange wedge and a few mint leaves.
