Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g tomato paste
- 175 g applesauce
- 500 ml water
- 15 g sea salt
- 15 g onion powder, fine
- 15 g paprika powder
- 25 g curry powder

Curry sauce for currywurst or curry meatballs, as it is made in Berlin
Combine tomato paste, applesauce, and water in a saucepan, stir, and bring to a boil. Add the spices, and you’re done. Pour the warm sauce over the currywurst!
