Berlin Meatballs
The perfect berlin meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 piece Bun old
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Chives fresh
- 1 piece Egg yolk

- It has many names, meatball, meatball, whatever, where I come from they just say Boulette …… 😉 The recipe is largely original, only with chives that is not in the original, me but find it spicier! But since she prepared a real Berliner, it is a Berliner Boulette 😉
preparation
- Mix the mince with all the ingredients and knead into a dough, soften the roll in milk and add and mix well. Then fry them slowly in the size of the palm of your hand and in a pan with plenty of frying fat over low heat. (If you are too impatient, punish the ball by looking great on the outside and raw on the inside)
