Berries – Dome with Chocolate Kisses
The perfect berries – dome with chocolate kisses recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 gr Mixed berries
- 18 Big chocolate kisses
- 500 gr Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 40 gr Cornflakes
- 1 Can Mandarins 175g)
- 8 sheet Gelatin
- 325 ml Cream
- 1 Light cake base
- 0,5 packet Cream stiffener
- Have everything you need ready and set aside a few berries to decorate.
- Carefully remove the bottoms from the chocolate kisses with a knife. Put the chocolate kisses in a large bowl and mix with the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
- Line a bowl (with a diameter of 22 cm and approx. 1.5 liters) with a round bottom with cling film. Place the chocolate bases with the underside inwards.
- Stir the corn flakes into the yoghurt cream. Drain the mandarins well on a sieve and carefully fold them into the cream with the berries. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions on the package and pour it into the cream. Whip 200ml cream until stiff, fold in. Pour the cream into the bowl and smooth it out. Chill for 4 hours.
- Tilt the dome in the middle of the cake base. Beat 125ml cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, fill into a piping bag. Garnish the cake with cream tuffs and the rest of the fruit.
