Chocolate Nut Kisses
The perfect chocolate nut kisses recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Hazelnuts
- 240 g Bitter chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 4 Protein
- 200 g Cane sugar
preparation
- I used hazelnuts that I bought already roasted, if you don’t have them, you should roast the nuts dry – then put the cooled, whole nuts in a freezer bag and beat them into chunks with the meat stick – grate the chocolate

- Beat the egg whites until stiff – then slowly pour in the cane sugar and continue beating – then place the bowl on a pan with hot water and beat OVER STEAM until the mixture becomes a little tough and dull (great tip from digger! Prepared like this, the kisses sag when baking no longer “cow dung” together – grin ….)
- Now mix the chocolate with the nuts and the cinnamon and then quickly stir into the whipped cream – place small heaps with 2 spoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 140 degrees O / U for about 25 minutes
