Berry breakfast shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 100 g berries, e.g. black currants and raspberries
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 25 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • possibly honey or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with buttermilk and yogurt

Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend thoroughly. If it’s too sour for you, you can sweeten with a dollop of honey or agave syrup. I also like to use frozen fruit if it’s out of season.
