Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 500 ml milk
  • Sugar, amount according to pudding package
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the vanilla pudding, pour it into a bowl, and gently mix it with the quark. Fold in the cherries. Sprinkle the warm pudding with chocolate or cocoa. Serve warm or cold.
