Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g currants (black and red)
  • 100 g blackberries
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the berries, then briefly wash and drain. Strain 1/3 of the berries through a sieve, season with sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the berries and serve chilled.
