Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g strawberries or blackberries, fresh
  • 8 g butter
  • 25 g oat flakes (whole grain)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 15 g cornflakes
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quickly wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Sort and wash the blackberries. Melt the butter in a pan and toast the oats. Add the honey and mix everything together. Remove from the heat and let cool. Mix the cooled oats with the berries and cornflakes. Drizzle with the yogurt.
