Cottage cheese muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 banana(s) or 1 apple
  • 10 g raisins
  • 10 g cashew nuts
  • 30 g oat flakes (whole grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cottage cheese with the honey. Peel the banana or apple. Mash the banana finely with a fork, peel the apple and finely grate it. Stir the fruit into the cottage cheese. Roughly chop the cashews and mix the raisins, nuts, and flakes into the cottage cheese.
