Berry Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g berries, frozen
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • Berries, some fresh for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the berries and blend them with the sugar in a blender. Add the milk and stir in. Then add the vanilla ice cream and whip the shake until frothy. Pour the berry shake into decorative glasses and garnish with fresh berries.
