Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g raspberries or strawberries
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml milk, low-fat
  • 3 scoops of ice cream (vanilla or yogurt)
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious refreshment

Chill four suitable dessert glasses in advance. Rinse the berries (except for 4 good ones, which will be used later for garnishing) and purée them very finely with the sugar. Set aside about 2 tablespoons of the purée. Blend the remaining fruit purée with the ice cream and milk. Pour into the chilled glasses. Decorate each with the reserved pure fruit purée and 1 berry. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
