Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate, melted
- 200 g butter, melted
- 5 eggs
- 20 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- possibly cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions

If this cake doesn’t make you happy
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Add 5 egg yolks and the flour. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then add the sugar. Mix the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Grease a springform pan with butter and pour in the batter. Bake at 160°C for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired. Serve with fruit and cream.
