Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 300 ml milk (hazelnut milk)
  • 2 bananas (baby bananas) or 1 large, ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

gluten-free, for detoxification, also great for children and babies

Pour the almond milk and hazelnut milk into a container. Add the ripe baby bananas (or one large ripe banana, if you prefer), and break them into pieces. Blend everything until smooth using a hand blender. If it’s not sweet enough, simply add another baby banana and blend again. It’s also great with other ripe fruits of your choice. With bananas, it’s ideal for a detox day.
