Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g marzipan paste
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Then form small balls, brush with egg yolk (optional), and bake in the oven at 150°-160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
