Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g brown cane sugar
  • 500 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix everything together and drop small spoonfuls onto baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes and let cool.
