Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 350 ml lemon juice
- 150 ml water
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let cool, add the lemon juice, and place in a bowl in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then, beat the two egg whites until semi-stiff and add them. Return to the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes for 2 hours. It may take longer for the mixture to freeze.
