Betty's Spicy Cabanossi Ham Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 400 g pasta, e.g. spirals
  • n. B. Pepper, I take 4-5 pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the ham and Cabanossi and fry in a large pan. Add the finely chopped peppers and garlic and fry briefly. Add the pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and pour over the pasta, mixing thoroughly. Season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the pasta. We like to serve this with a mixed salad. You can also use salami instead of Cabanossi.
