- 1 mango(s)
- 200 ml juice (apple-pear juice)
- 200 ml orange juice
Instructions

Pear-Banana-Mango-Apple-Orange Smoothie
Peel and slice the fruit. First, briefly blend the bananas with the apple and pear juice. Then add everything else and continue blending. Finally, add the orange juice until the consistency is slightly creamy—similar to jars of fruit for babies.
