Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 2 carrots
- 120 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed or purchased
- 50 ml water
- 1 tsp ginger, grated

Remove the green parts from the carrots and core the apple. Cut the apple and carrots into pieces. Place the sliced fruit/vegetables in a blender along with the orange juice, ginger, and water. Blend everything well and pour into a glass. Tip: On hot days, I recommend adding a few ice cubes to the blender. If desired, you can also add 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
