Bible Cheese
The perfect bible cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark 20%
- 1 Onion approx. 100 g
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp Chives TK (from our own garden!)
- 4 tbsp Cooking cream
- 4 big pinches Pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
- 4 big pinches Pinches of colored pepper from the mill
- 2 100 g / 380 Kcal pretzels per piece
- Peel the onion and dice finely. Peel the clove of garlic and dice very finely. Put all ingredients (250 g quark, onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, 4 tablespoons chives, 4 tablespoons cooking cream, 4 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill and 4 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill) in a bowl and mix / mix well. Serve Bible cheese with pretzels.
