Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml cream
- 1 small onion(s), finely diced
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the cream with the vinegar until the cream thickens slightly. Then add the onions, salt, pepper, and sugar and mix until the sugar is dissolved. It goes perfectly with all leafy salads. I also use the sauce for potato salad, bean salad, or cucumber salad. However, I don’t use any sugar in this sauce. I also add fresh dill to the cucumber salad.
