Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 85 g paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp pepper, coarsely ground
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spice mix for ribs and pulled pork

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Rub the mustard onto the meat and spread the rub evenly over the meat. The mustard simply acts as a bonding agent to ensure the rub adheres properly. Then cover the meat with a damp towel and let it rest in a cool, dry place overnight.
