Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g minced beef
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 3 tbsp cooking cream
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp, heaped ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp cucumber water
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

First, quarter the potatoes. Toss them in a bowl with a little oil and salt. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely slice the lettuce leaves and serve. Dice or slice the gherkins, as desired. Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, slowly melt the cooking cream and cheese in a small saucepan. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a bowl and stir. Once the potatoes, minced meat, and cheese sauce are ready, serve everything together. Place the potatoes on top of the salad, then the minced meat on top. Pour the sauce, along with the gherkins, over the minced meat, and pour the cheese sauce over the top. Per serving: approximately 684 kcal
