Cheese and leek salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 leek(s)
  • 400 g Emmental cheese
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • ½ can pineapple pieces
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 33 minutes

Slice the leek into rings and sauté in a little oil in a pan for 3 minutes to reduce the spiciness but retain some bite. Cut the Emmental cheese into strips and the ham into cubes. Mix the leek, cheese, ham, and pineapple chunks in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little sugar. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. Let it marinate for at least an hour. Serve with baguette or fresh rolls.
