Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup natural yogurt, quark or sour cream
  • 3 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • some cucumber(s), (mustard)
  • 1 small white onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tastes great with raclette or fondue!

Dice the onion. Dice the pickles (any number you like) and place everything in a bowl. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to the onions and pickles and mix well. Add the salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Season to taste. Add more of each ingredient if desired and refrigerate. It’s best to prepare it the day before.
