Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • Spice mix (grill spice)
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup, (grilled ketchup or spiced ketchup)
  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast fillet, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 bell peppers, nice colored, diced
  • 2 bunch spring onions, cut into 3 cm long pieces
  • 2 packs of cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g ham, raw, possibly more
  • 1 pineapple, fresh, peeled and diced
  • 300 g potatoes, very small or small halved in the skin

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the meat cubes with barbecue seasoning, then thread all the ingredients alternately onto 20 metal skewers (wood bends too quickly and doesn’t conduct heat). Mix the mustard and ketchup. Place the skewers on the grill and grill, turning frequently, until the meat is cooked through. Spread the mustard and ketchup mixture on the meat or serve it alongside.
