Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • ½ liter milk (whole milk)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups of chips (banana chips)
  • ½ cup almond sticks
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious hot and cold

Bring the milk and sugar to a boil, add the oats, and simmer while stirring. Add the raisins and banana chips, sprinkle in the vanilla sugar, and stir until the porridge thickens. Then stir in the almond slivers, but don’t let it boil any longer, or the nuts will soften. Let it sit for a while and add a little milk if necessary if the porridge becomes too thick. If the porridge is being served cold, be sure to add more milk; it will continue to expand.
