Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk, low-fat, 1.5% fat
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
  • 30 drops of liquid sweetener, equivalent to about 16 – 18 g of sugar
  • 4 tbsp soft wheat semolina
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • e.g. cardamom powder
  • n. B. Anise powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Indian-inspired

Combine everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil over 3/4 maximum heat, stirring constantly. When you notice the porridge thickening, remove from the heat and let it stand for 5-10 minutes, then let it cool slightly. Serve with sliced ​​apple or plums, but it’s also delicious on its own. Makes two dessert servings or one main meal.
