Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. Spirelli)
- 1 large red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 large yellow bell pepper(s), diced
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 jar Miracle Whip, large
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- n.e. Paprika powder, rose hot
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- e.g. chili flakes
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- e.g. curry powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with mayonnaise and paprika
Clean and dice the bell peppers. Place them in a large bowl and season generously with all the spices. Add the ketchup and mustard, cover, and let stand for about half an hour. In the meantime, cook the pasta and let it cool. Add the peppers to the diced peppers and mix well. Just before serving, add the mayonnaise and chives and season to taste.
