Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tbsp nuts, e.g. almonds, hazelnuts or pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

vegan breakfast, fasting meal

Let 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and 6 tablespoons of water soak in a bowl for a few hours (preferably overnight). After the soaking time, add the lemon juice to the bowl and grate an apple into the muesli. Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle over the muesli.
