Lactose-free, vegan, without added sugar, a real power package, you could say life-changing
Pour the muesli base mix into a large bowl, pour over the almond milk, add the hemp oil, mix everything together, and let it swell. Meanwhile, core the halved apple and cut into fine cubes, or grate it with a coarse grater. Using a sharp knife, cut the orange peel in a spiral shape, cutting into the flesh, removing the white pith. Hold the orange over the muesli bowl to prevent the juice from getting lost. Using the sharp knife, cut small, thin orange segments from the peeled orange, removing any seeds. Wash the raspberries and blueberries in a sieve and let them drain. Remove any moldy berries. On a board, finely dice or chop the walnut halves, apricots, and fig. Fold the apple, oranges, nuts, and dried fruit into the muesli, adding a little more almond milk if it’s too dry. Finally, fold in the lupin yogurt and berries, making sure the berries aren’t too squashed. Pour into cereal bowls and sprinkle with hemp flour and/or tiger nut flakes as a topping.
