Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g dried fruit, unsulphured (e.g. apricots, Medjool dates, figs
- 50 g goji berries
- 400 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g walnuts, hazelnuts and/or Brazil nuts
- 30 g almonds
- 50 g cocoa nibs
- 50 g flaxseed, whole
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g chia seeds
- ½ tsp Bourbon vanilla powder, black, sugar-free

Finely chop the dried fruit and coarsely chop the nuts. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a large preserving jar or screw-top jar. The muesli keeps well and tastes great with plenty of fresh fruit and natural or plant-based yogurt. If you’re using plant-based yogurt, you can also puree the yogurt with ½ a banana, a handful of raspberries, or other fruit. This makes it even more delicious.
