Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g dried fruit, unsulphured (e.g. apricots, Medjool dates, figs
  • 50 g goji berries
  • 400 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g walnuts, hazelnuts and/or Brazil nuts
  • 30 g almonds
  • 50 g cocoa nibs
  • 50 g flaxseed, whole
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • ½ tsp Bourbon vanilla powder, black, sugar-free

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the dried fruit and coarsely chop the nuts. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a large preserving jar or screw-top jar. The muesli keeps well and tastes great with plenty of fresh fruit and natural or plant-based yogurt. If you’re using plant-based yogurt, you can also puree the yogurt with ½ a banana, a handful of raspberries, or other fruit. This makes it even more delicious.
