Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp jam (bitter orange marmalade)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Husband’s own creation, for endive or chicory salad

Mix the ingredients into a sauce and season to taste. It goes very well with slightly bitter salads like endive or chicory, but certainly also with regular green salad.
