Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g pear(s), peeled and pitted
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 125 ml white wine, semi-dry
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 250 g gelling sugar, 1:2
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Pears, wine, chocolate
Chop the pears and cook with lemon juice and white wine for about 10 minutes until soft. Then add the gelling sugar and continue cooking for at least 4 minutes. Add the chocolate, preferably finely chopped, towards the end of the cooking time and stir well. Pour the mixture into hot, rinsed jars, seal, and turn upside down for 5 minutes. This yields approximately 8 small 100 ml jars.
