  • 250 gr Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 gr Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Milk

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add the butter, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar and knead in with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Halve the dough.

  6. Place on a wire rack and let cool down. Tip: The cookies stay particularly fresh in a tin with a piece of apple.
