Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g bacon
- 800 g bread(s) (brown bread)
- 750 g double cream cheese
- 3 bell peppers, 1 each red, yellow, green
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of dill

Dice the bacon and fry in a pan. Set aside, draining any excess fat. Allow to cool, then mix with 250g of cream cheese. Line a 24cm springform pan with brown bread. Spread the bacon and cream cheese mixture on top, then add another layer of brown bread. Dice the bell pepper. Mix half of it with another 250g of cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and spread over the second layer of brown bread. Add another layer of brown bread. Dice the onion very finely, mix with the dill and the remaining cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, and spread over the third layer of brown bread. Arrange the remaining diced bell pepper on top of the cake. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
