Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 125 g flour
- 100 g chocolate, grated (dark)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
simple batter, moist, quick and super tasty
Mix all the batter ingredients into a smooth batter. (If necessary, add 2 tablespoons of milk to make the batter smoother.) Pour the drained cherries into a greased 26cm springform pan and spread the batter evenly over the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes.
