Black Forest fruit salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large pears
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups compote (plum compote)
  • 2 peach(s), halved (or 4 halves from the can)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 4 cl cherry brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pears and apples, remove the cores, and cut the flesh into small wedges. Drain the stewed plums and peach halves and also cut the peaches into wedges (wash and pit fresh peaches first). Mix the fruit together. Mix the honey with lemon juice, chopped almonds, and kirsch and pour over the fruit. Cover and let it infuse in the refrigerator. Serve in serving bowls.
