Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g sausage (black or bacon sausage)
- 150 g cheese, Emmental
- 2 tbsp onion(s), diced
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Remove the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage and cheese into strips. Mix with the diced onion. For the marinade, combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the sausage and cheese mixture, and mix well.
