Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g frozen fruit, e.g. strawberries, apricots or raspberries
- 250 g natural yogurt or low-fat quark
- Lemon juice to taste
- Sweetener (liquid Stevia), 10 times as sweet as sugar, available in health food stores

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Great dessert for weight loss and dieting, without sugar
Briefly blend the fruit and yogurt in a blender, season with lemon juice and stevia, and enjoy while still almost frozen as ice cream in a cocktail glass. Great ice cream for losing weight and staying slim.
