- 250 g onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 400 g tomatoes
- 4 sausages
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oil

Rinse the Roman pot with water. Slice the onions into rings and the bell peppers into strips. Slice two-thirds of the tomatoes (peel them first if desired). Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, for example, stir in 2 tablespoons of oil, and add to the Roman pot. Cut the sausages and feta cheese into pieces. Slice the zucchini and quarter the remaining tomatoes. Thread these ingredients onto skewers and place them on the vegetables. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil with the sweet paprika and brush the skewers with it. Close the pot and place it on the oven rack. Bake for around 60 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius; if desired, the lid can be removed 10 minutes before the end. Rice or pasta go well with this.
