Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 matjes fillet(s), Nordic style, approx. 220 g
- 300 g watermelon(s), flesh without seeds
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- 100 g onion(s), red
- ½ tsp Pul Biber
- 1 tbsp ginger root
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 150 g Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp chervil or parsley

Cut the herring fillets, melon flesh, peeled cucumber, and cleaned onion into medium-sized cubes. Mix in the grated ginger, pul biber, soy sauce, chili sauce, and chopped chervil or parsley and refrigerate. Serve well chilled with baguette or flatbread.
