Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) almond(s) or hazelnuts, ground
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 cup(s) blackberries (frozen ones work too)
- Cinnamon or almond liqueur
Instructions

Super quick to prepare and simply delicious!
Mix everything (except the blackberries) into a smooth batter and pour into a greased springform pan. Press the blackberries into the batter from the top, then bake at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes. Tip: If you’re using ground hazelnuts, a teaspoon of cinnamon in the batter works well; if you’re using almonds, a dash of almond liqueur works well.
