Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • Paprika powder, mild and hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly fry the chopped onions in oil, then increase the heat, add the ground beef, and stir until lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low and add the sliced ​​leek. Add tomato paste, broth, and seasonings to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Delicious with rice, topped with sour cream.
