Blackberry Cold Bowl
The perfect blackberry cold bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Blackberries
- 35 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 150 ml Orange juice
- 2 Cloves
- 0,5 Cinnamon stick
- 125 g Sour cream
- Juice and zest of 1/2 organic lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- Bring the sugar to the boil with 2 tablespoons of water and stir until the sugar has dissolved, set aside.
- Sort blackberries, puree with sugar syrup and pass through a sieve. Simmer orange juice with spices for 10 minutes, remove spices. Stir the syrup into the puree. Refrigerate. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and zest, sweeten with powdered sugar.
- Moisten glasses if necessary, press in a mix of sugar and grated organic lime zest. Pour the berry mixture into the glasses or bowls. Beat the sour cream with the hand blender, distribute on the puree.
