Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g margarine
  • 3 tbsp jam (blackberry)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

makes approx. 2 trays

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and knead well into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, form the dough into small balls, and flatten them on the baking sheet. Leave enough space between them! Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. The cookies should be lightly browned. They will still be quite soft when removed and will firm up once they cool.
