Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 3 tbsp jam (blackberry)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and knead well into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, form the dough into small balls, and flatten them on the baking sheet. Leave enough space between them! Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. The cookies should be lightly browned. They will still be quite soft when removed and will firm up once they cool.
