Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g blackberries, washed and cleaned
- 500 g nectarine(s), peeled and weighed
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

delicious jam with fruits from summer and autumn
Peel and wash the blackberries. Chop the nectarines very finely and place the fruit in a sufficiently large saucepan. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Add to the fruit and stir in the gelling sugar. Let everything infuse for at least 3 hours. In the meantime, prepare the jam jars. Bring the fruit mixture to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the jam into the prepared jars and seal immediately.
